il Milione. Italian restaurant that is redefining Italian food and not reinventing the wheel. Reminds me of Alain Ducasse's food approach (Le Meurice doesn't count)! I don't know, may be some customers expect Italian food can fly to Saturn or taste like French food, for me I like this micro-tuning approach:
